  • What is the product warranty period?

    Ligen products offer a standard warranty of 1-3 years (depending on the product model). Extended warranty is available for core components (such as brushless motors). During the warranty period, we will repair or replace products free of charge for malfunctions caused by product quality issues.

  • What is the after-sales service response time?

    We promise to respond to customer needs within 24 hours on weekdays. Urgent issues will be prioritized.

  • After a product is discontinued or upgraded, are spare parts still available?

    Ligen promises a spare parts supply guarantee of at least 10 years for all sold products. Even if a product model is upgraded or discontinued, we will maintain a stock of critical spare parts to ensure the long-term maintainability of customer equipment.

  • Does Ligen accept OEM/ODM customization?

    Yes. Ligen Intelligent provides OEM (Private Label) and ODM (Design and Manufacturing) services. We can customize for you:

    Product appearance (color, logo, surface treatment)

    Functional modules (sensing logic, liquid output, fan speed settings, etc.)

    Packaging design (color box, instruction manual, label)

    Special voltage or plug standards

    Please provide detailed requirements, and we will provide you with a customized solution.

  • Can you provide samples for testing?

    Yes. We support providing standard samples for customer testing. Customized samples require a certain sample fee and mold sharing fee, which can be refunded or deducted after a formal order.
